By registering on or using UPVC Association Nepal's platform ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Membership is open to UPVC fabricators, suppliers, and manufacturers operating in Nepal. All applicants must provide accurate information and valid documents. The Association reserves the right to approve or reject membership applications.
Grades (A, B, C) are awarded based on machinery verification. Machine photos must be taken live using the Platform's camera — gallery uploads are not accepted. Providing false information or fabricated photos will result in immediate suspension and permanent ban.
Fabricators are responsible for the accuracy of all order information entered on the Platform. Payment milestones must be updated truthfully. Order status automatically advances based on payment percentage.
Warranties are issued automatically upon 100% order completion. Warranty cards are the property of the customer and serve as proof of purchase and quality commitment. Fabricators must honor warranty claims as per the terms on the warranty card.
The Association provides a dispute resolution mechanism. Both parties must cooperate in good faith. The Association's decision in dispute resolution is final. Disputes that cannot be resolved through the Platform may be escalated to appropriate legal authorities.
Suppliers must ensure that all product information, pricing, and catalogues are accurate and up to date. Misleading product information is grounds for removal.
Users must not: upload malicious files, attempt to hack the system, impersonate other members, post false reviews, or use the Platform for any illegal activity. Violations will result in immediate account suspension.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your data is never sold to third parties.
All content on the Platform, including the grading system, logo, and design, is the property of UPVC Association Nepal. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
The Association is not liable for transactions between members and customers conducted outside the Platform. The Platform facilitates connections and trust — contractual obligations remain with the respective parties.
The Association reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
